Withdrawal from the Contract

If you are shopping as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. Simply send us an email at info@magnetverse.eu including your order number, name, and bank account number for the refund.
The goods must be returned undamaged, complete, and ideally in the original packaging to the following address:

Complaints
